קול קורא

כמדי שנה, קרן מהלך מפרסמת קול קורא להגשת מועמדות להשתתפות בתוכנית הקרן, עבור עמותות וארגונים חברתיים המעוניינים לייצר הכנסות עצמיות.

קריטריונים להגשת מועמדות

  1. תקציב שנתי מעל 2,000,000  ₪.

  2. אישור ניהול תקין של העמותה.

  3. לארגון מנהל.ת קבוע.ה המכהן.ת בתפקיד שנה לפחות.

  4. הצעה ראשונית למיזם לפיתוח הכנסות עצמיות לארגון.

בנוסף, מתוך הבנה כי מחויבותו של הארגון לתהליך היא תנאי הכרחי להצלחתו, כל  עמותה נדרשת להתחייב לתוכנית באמצעות:

  • מינוי איש/אשת צוות מוביל.ה לתוכנית, המוגדר במינימום 50 אחוזי משרה.

  • השתתפות המנכ"ל/ית במפגשים אסטרטגיים על פי לוח זמנים שיינתן מראש.

  • דמי השתתפות חד פעמיים בסך 1,500 ₪.

לוחות זמנים ושלבי התהליך

בתהליך המיון לוקחים חלק הנהלת הקרן, נציגי מעגל השותפים, חברי דירקטוריון הקרן ושותפים אסטרטגיים.

התהליך כולל מספר שלבים:

שלב 1: שאלון הרשמה ראשוני.  

שלב 2: ועדה פנימית לבחינת התאמת הארגון לתוכנית בהשתתפות נציגי מעגל השותפים של הקרן.

שלב 3: הגשת שאלון מורחב אודות המיזם לפיתוח הכנסות עצמיות. 

שלב 4: פגישת היכרות של מנכ"ל/ית העמותה עם יו"ר קרן מהלך והצוות המקצועי של הקרן. 

שלב 5: ועדת קבלה – הצגת העמותה את פעילותה בפני דירקטוריון קרן מהלך, נציגי מעגל השותפים ואנשי עסקים מובילים במשק הישראלי.

הסתיימה ההרשמה לתוכנית קרן מהלך 2021

Basic criteria for applying to the program

  1. An annual budget of over NIS 2,000,000.

  2. A certificate of good governance.

  3. A permanent CEO who has served at least one year in the organization.

  4. An initial project for self-generating income.

 

The organization's commitment to the process is vital for its success. For this reason, each organization is required to commit to the process by:

  • Appointing a senior member of the organization, holding at least a 50% position, to attend the program.

  • CEO participation in strategic meetings based on a schedule to be provided in advance.

  • Participation fee of NIS 1,500.​

Schedules and screening stages

Members of the Mahalach Foundation's management, partners, board members, and strategic partners participate in the screening process.

The process includes the following stages:

Stage 1: Initial Submission Form.

Stage 2: Internal Selection Committee attended by representatives of the Mahalach Foundation's partners.

Stage 3: Detailed submission form of the proposed self-generating income model.

Stage 4: Introductory meeting between the organization’s CEO and the Foundation's chair and professional team.

Stage 5: Final Admission Committee- presenting the organization and its self-generating income model to the Mahalach Foundation's board members, partners, and key players in the Israeli economy.

 

Registration for cohort 2021 has ended.

Registration for cohort 2022 will be published in September 2021
